Actually, Shoptimizer can be purchased for $49 and not $99 with the coupon on website active all the time.
And support is not by e-mail but through the portal which keeps a history of the conversation. I experienced response time even from 15 minutes and even on weekends (not always, of course on weekends but anyway it is fast).
